Claire Coy
Practice Manager
Claire joined Midland Hearing Care in December 2020 and comes from a strong customer service background. Claire works closely with Clinical Audiologists Jenevieve and Megan, to deliver patient focused care.
When you telephone the clinic, Claire will ask you a few questions so that we can help you in the most appropriate way. She can help with a range of issues including scheduling appointments, hearing aid trouble-shooting & mini repairs, following up on requests, providing receipts and does invaluable general administration and technical work.
Claire looks after the clinic’s audiology consumable stock available to purchase ‘off the shelf’ from our Reception area or via our clinic’s e-store. Claire is meticulous and technically-minded, with her hands on approach she has assisted many of patients with mini repairs and quick technical support from pairing smart phone hearing aid app’s to hearing aid troubleshooting.
Patient first, and product intervention later — always!
A patient centred approach is the real point of differentiation of Midland Hearing Care from other providers. We believe in a patient first and product based intervention later approach.
